The third course in the Team Mission, Vision, & Goals series explains how to align team members with team goals to ensure employees are dedicated to achieving those goals and feel they have the right tools and skill sets to succeed. This course also explores how to match employee strengths and skills to team roles identified during the vision statement creation process. The Exercise Guide found in the Course Materials section provides an opportunity to apply the course material in the workplace.
