Module 3 reviews the importance of preparation before a difficult conversation. It looks at some of the challenges inherent in difficult conversations and how to overcome them. While this training series focuses on conversations that you initiate, this module also covers some strategies for how to handle a difficult conversation that someone else initiates with you.
