HappyCo Training - 2026

This course walks you through HappyCo — ECI's centralized platform for onsite operations — so every team knows how to work in one connected system instead of jumping between SightPlan, Leonardo, and manual trackers. You'll learn how work orders, inspections, incidents, make readies, and on-call requests all flow through HappyCo, and you'll get hands-on familiarity with both the desktop dashboard and the mobile app you'll use in the field every day.

The course also covers the workflows that used to live in too many places: how vendor tasks get assigned and tracked, how incidents are documented from first report to resolution, how Courtesy Officers receive and complete their weekly assignments, and how the on-call experience works when Henry routes an after-hours emergency to your team. Whether you're new to ECI or moving over from our legacy tools, by the end of this training you'll have a shared approach for keeping your community running smoothly with less duplicate work and better documentation.

What you'll be able to do

  • Navigate HappyCo on both desktop and mobile, including the dashboard, My Work, and your profile
  • Create, assign, complete, and document work orders — including vendor tasks
  • Report and manage incidents from first entry through resolution
  • Conduct inspections, including move-in/move-out, daily checklists, annual inspections, and inventory walks
  • Manage projects and turns within HappyCo
  • Operate within the on-call workflow — accepting, transferring, messaging residents, and closing emergency requests
  • Understand the Courtesy Officer workflow and weekly checklist expectations
  • Use the dashboard and property profile to maintain real-time visibility into your community
