This course walks you through ECI's full renewal process — from the first 90-day touchpoint through countersign — so every team understands their role and how the pieces fit together. You'll learn how Shared Services, On-Site teams, and Henry (your virtual leasing assistant) work together to deliver a seamless renewal experience, and you'll get hands-on familiarity with the EliseAI dashboard you'll use to track and manage every offer.

The course also covers the harder conversations: how to lead with value when rates rise, how to negotiate within ECI's authority limits, and when to escalate to Asset Management through ZenDesk. Whether you're new to ECI or refreshing your playbook, by the end of this training you'll have a shared approach for retaining more residents and closing more renewals.
